	Having a serious problem with trade frequency that is not caused by other problems is relatively rare in the experience of TradersCALM. But whatever its source it can dominate a traders behaviour either by having insufficient confidence in your trading system and freezing when a trading signal is given, or trading for excitement independent of your trading system. Considerations for selecting trade frequency include:   • the frequency of occurrence of the market behaviours you hope to exploit,   • the frequency your trading system provides signals to enter or exit or alter the trade,   • the resolution of the historical/current market data you are using,   • account size and running profits and losses and any future margin requirements,   • your preferences and available time/times for trading,   • the agency and technology (and associated costs) through which you are trading.
