	TradersCALM hope that this concept helps you believe you provide a service, regularly. From a viewpoint of providing differing services to differing segments of fellow traders, the services traders can offer include:                                     • providing liquidity,                                     • equalising price,                                     • risk transfer. There are other services such as price discovery, clearing services etcetera. We will look in a little more detail at the first three segmented services in turn - each of these services comes with a fee paid to the service provider :               • market makers make profits balancing supply and demand,               • arbitrageurs make profits by bringing related prices back into line,               • risk takers make profits accepting those risks others want to insure against. So you can occasionally or regularly provide a service and perceive it as such - or not. This is the privilege of each trader.     It is up to you.
