	TradersCALM hope that one of these concepts will work for you. In the experience of TradersCALM, having listened to the perceptions and motivations of many traders, it is difficult to deny that a overwhelming majority of the traders who keep on winning and keep on keeping their profits:                                     • believe they provide a service,                                     • regularly provide a service. Of the exceptions, it is more likely to be a failure of understanding by TradersCALM than a failure of the value of provision of regular service and belief in service principles. If this is true, what services are provided by traders?     There are different ways of looking at services provided by traders.     No one way is correct, what matters is that you can buy into to one or part of one of the approaches, and so help place yourself into the winners enclosure by believing you regularly provide a service. There are perhaps at least two ways of looking at the service concept:                                     • simple services,                                     • segmented services.
