You only get the odds your trading system offers if you actually trade all the entry and exit signals. Urges purge learning.
If you do not follow your system, how do you know if it works or not?
How do you know where and how to change it?
Your edge is an edge on a probabilistic basis - no technique works every time.
So you effectively do not have an edge if you do not follow your system or methodology with discipline. Even a failed plan is beneficial for learning what does not work.
