	Some traders describe their trading as being, to some degree, 'discretionary trading'. When you hear this phrase be aware that it can relate to two entirely different concepts. Some use discretionary trading, to mean one of:               • I have some rules which I apply, but I am not consciously aware of them,                 nor my application of them,               • I want a license to let my excitement determine my actions.     And by                 calling my trading discretionary, I can fool myself about being consistent                 in my trading and have some fun. Imagine your feelings if you had the first perspective, then imagine your feelings if you had the second perspective. Now imagine what you are going to do about it.
