Your list is not wrong if you do not have these in your list of various market behaviours - your list is just different and may be more appropriate to you and your situation. market makers often have to repeatedly purchase the market into a fall or repeatedly sell the market into a rise (general), since October 1987, in equity index markets the implied volatility curve often looks like a 'sneer' with out of the money put options and in the money call options being priced on higher implied volatilities (partial general), equity index markets tend to rise into expiry of the options and futures (partial general), a big winner often has provided a small service to each of many traders (general), the markets often 'gap' on the open or following a news announcement (general) markets often retrace about 30%, 50% and 60% (general) ...
